Shipments

Product prices and shipping methods are subject to the destination country of shipping.

Shipping Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Continental Portugal:

Shipping 48/72 hours at a cost of € 3.95. We apply free shipping from a minimum of purchase that you can check in the top bar.

* No shipments are made to the Islands of Portugal, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.

Delivery periods may be affected in the sales season, holiday periods or special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.

Delivery times are estimated in working days. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and holidays will be shipped from the next business day.

All items are subject to the availability of our online store. If we cannot send you any products, we will reserve the right to notify you by phone call or email, offering you similar items. If you do not want to place the order for such replacement items, we will refund the amount for the item that we cannot send to you.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN EXPEDED AND YOU SHOULD WAIT TO THE RECEPTION OF THIS FOR YOUR RETURN.

All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. The return of these must be made with the same packaging, the units included in the indivisible packs and all the original pieces.

On exceptional holidays, the return period may be extended.

Our Customer Service team will contact you via email and send you the instructions.

Upon receipt of the parcel in our warehouse in good condition, you will receive the refund within 7- 10 working days.

In the event that there is doubt about the state in which the return is made, the criteria of the specialized personnel of JC TOYS SPAIN S.L will always prevail, after inspection and verification of the item, in order to guarantee that there are no fraudulent returns of products that have been used or in poor condition.
