PAYMENT INFORMATION
What payment methods can I use?
You can make your purchase with the following payment methods:
- Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro
- PayPal
- Métodos de pago express: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay y Bizum.
I need an invoice, how can I get it?
Write to us at info@jctoys.com with your order number and billing information and we will send it to you within 1-2 business days.
ORDER INFORMATION
Do I have to make an account to place an order?
You can place an order as a guest, without having to enter your password, but we recommend that you simply apply a password of your choice to access your user area and enjoy all the benefits:
- Review your purchase history
- Shipping information saved. You will never have to enter it again!
- Customer benefits and discounts
Can I track my order?
Of course you can. Access the orders placed section of your account and you will be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed the order as a guest, we suggest you check the order status notifications that we sent you by email.
How can I modify my order?
You need to contact us via chat, email info@jctoys.com or call us at 965561326 with the changes you want to make and we will change it manually.
How I can cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse. To do so, you must contact us by chat, email info@jctoys.com or call us at 965561326, indicating your order details so that we can proceed with the cancellation and the corresponding refund.
Are taxes included in the price?
SYes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT or tax.
What country do you send to?
At the moment, we ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal.
How can I apply a discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the "discount code" area in the "check out" section of your purchase process. You can find the button below your order summary in the basket.
Can I apply my discount coupon if the price is already discounted?
No. Discounts of any kind can only be applied to the original price.
Can I apply more than one discount coupon?
No, you can only use one discount code per order.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION
As the shipping cost?
Home delivery €3.95 FREE when the purchase amount is exceeded, which you can see in the bar above.
Delivery time is 2-3 working days.
*Only shipments to Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and Continental Portugal.

-If you make the purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the shipment will be processed on the first business day after the day the order was placed.
-All items are subject to availability in our online store. In the event that we are unable to send you a product, we reserve the right to notify you by email, offering you similar items. If you do not wish to place/exchange the order for such substitute items, we will refund the amount corresponding to the item that we are unable to send you.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL THE ORDER IS RECEIVED AND THEN PROCEED WITH THE RETURN.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For home deliveries (mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal) and deliveries to collection points, the delivery time is between 2 and 3 business days.
What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse, another email with a tracking number, a link to the courier company's website and finally the carrier will contact you by text message, phone call or email to inform you of the delivery of your order.
RETURN INFORMATION
How can I make a return?
Please note that you have 14 days after confirmation of shipment of your order to make the return. In addition, the refund will be made through the same payment method used, and the payment time will depend on your bank.
What is the deadline to make a return?
The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. *Except for personalized items, which cannot be exchanged or returned.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
The first return of the order at JC TOYS SPAIN S.L It's always free!
Subsequent returns of the same order will have a cost of €3.95. Shipping and/or return costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the original amount.
If the customer does not accept delivery of his/her JC TOYS SPAIN order, the full refund of his/her order will not be made. Any expense or cost associated with the customer for not accepting his/her shipment will be deducted from the original amount of the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have the internal labels and security seals intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be refunded using the same payment method in approximately 7-10 working days. Please note that the time it takes to receive the refund always depends on your bank.
NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
What should I do if my return amount is wrong?
Contact our Customer Service department through our chat, email to info@jctoys.com or call us at 965561326. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.
JC TOYS SPAIN S.L reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
ITEMS WITH HIDDEN DEFECTS MANIFESTATED AFTER USE
There may be hidden manufacturing defects that become apparent after use. Please note that items damaged by wear and tear cannot be considered defective.
If you detect any hidden defect within 6 months of receiving the item, please contact us by email at info@jctoyseurope.com or call us at 965561326. Please attach a description of the problem and photographs if possible.
Acceptance of a defective product will take place after an inspection by our Quality department at our facilities.
In case of a defective product, it will be replaced with an identical one. SThe amount will only be refunded if the item cannot be replaced.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items undergo quality control to detect damage and/or defects before being shipped.
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
CHANGE INFORMATION
Can I exchange my items?
Items purchased at JC TOYS SPAIN S.L They can be exchanged as long as they are in perfect condition, we have stock and they maintain the same price.
* Except custom items, no changes or returns are supported.
