You can make your purchase with the following payment methods:

I need a bill, how can I get it?

ORDER INFORMATION

Do I have to make an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a guest, without having to enter your password, but we recommend that you simply apply a password of your choice to access your user area and enjoy all the advantages:

-Review of the history of your purchases

-Shipment data saved. You will no longer have to reintroduce them!

-Advantages as a customer and discounts


Can I track my order?


Of course it does. Access your account orders and you can see your order status in real time. If you ordered as a guest, we suggest you check the order status notifications we send you by email.


How can I modify my order?


You need to contact us via chat, email Info@jctoyseurope.com Or call us at 965561326 with the changes you want to make and we will change it manually.

How I can cancel my order?


You can only cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse. For this you must contact us by chat, email Info@jctoyseurope.com Or call us at 965561326, giving us the details of your order so that we can proceed to the cancellation and refund.

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT or tax.

What country do you send to?

At the moment, we ship to Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Continental Portugal.


How can I apply a discount code?


If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the “discount code” enabled zone in the check out zone in your purchase process. You can find the button below your order summary in the basket.


Can I apply my discount coupon if the price is already discounted?

No. Discounts, of all kinds, can only be applied to the original price.


Can I apply more than one discount coupon?

No, you can only use an order discount code.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION


As the shipping cost?


Home delivery € 3.95 FREE when the purchase amount that you can check in the top bar is exceeded.


Delivery time is 2-3 working days.


* Only shipments to Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Continental Portugal.

-The specified delivery times are for guidance and do not take into account any delays due to payment authorizations or exceptional transport conditions.


-In times of sales and holidays, delivery times may vary and suffer delays.


-If you make the purchase on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the shipment will be processed on the first working day after the order was placed.


-All items are subject to the availability of our online store. If we cannot send you any products, we will reserve the right to notify you by email, offering you similar items. If you do not want to place/exchange the order for such replacement items, we will refund the amount for the item that we cannot send to you.

It is not possible to cancer or to modify an order once processed. MUST BE EXPECTED TO RECEIVE THE ORDER AND POSTERIOMENT PROCEED WITH THE RETURN.



How long will it take for my order to arrive?


For home delivery (Spain Peninsular, Balearic Islands and Portugal) and shipments at collection points, the delivery time is between 2 and 3 working days.


What is the home delivery process?


If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order is leaving the warehouse, another one with a tracking number, link to the website of the courier company, and finally the carrier will contact you via SMS, Call or email to inform you of your order delivery. (Check with the courrier that we are going to work)



RETURN INFORMATION


How can I make a return?



Please note that you have 14 days after shipping confirmation of your order to return. In addition, the reimbursement will be made through the same payment method used, and the payment time will depend on your bank.



What is the deadline to make a return?


Return time is 14 calendar days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. * Except custom items, no changes or returns are supported.


Do I have to pay anything for my return?


The first order return in JC TOYS SPAIN S.L is always free!


Subsequent returns of the same order will cost € 3.95. Shipping and/or return charges are non-refundable, will be deducted from the original amount.


If the customer does not accept the delivery of your order JC TOYS SPAIN, the full refund of your order will not be made. Any expenses or costs associated with the customer for the non-acceptance of their shipment will be deducted in their refund from their original amount.





When will I receive my refund?


After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the interior labels and security seals intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid through the same form of payment in about 7-10 working days. Remember that the time to receive the payment always depends on your bank.


NOTE: Shipping cost will not be refundable, so it will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.



What should I do if my return amount is wrong?


Contact our Customer Service department through our chat, email info@jctoyseurope.com or call us at 965561326. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.

JC TOYS SPAIN S.L reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent after the fixed deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.



ITEMS WITH HIDDEN DEFECTS MANIFESTATED AFTER USE


There may be hidden manufacturing defects that are evident after use. Please note that items damaged by wear and tear cannot be considered defective.


If you detect any hidden defect within 6 months of receiving the item, please contact info@jctoyseurope.com by email or call us at 965561326. Please attach problem description and pictures if possible.


The acceptance of a defective product will be carried out after an inspection by our Quality department at our facilities.


In case of defective product it will be replaced by an equal one. The amount will only be returned if the item cannot be replaced.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


All items pass a quality control for damage and/or defects before being shipped.

If you receive an item that is not in pristine condition, please contact us immediately.




CHANGE INFORMATION


Can I exchange my items?

Goods purchased from JC TOYS SPAIN S.L can be exchanged as long as they are in perfect condition, stock and keep the same price.
