PAYMENT INFORMATION
What payment methods can I use?
You can make your purchase with the following payment methods:
- Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro
- PayPal
- Express payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and Bizum.
I need an invoice. How can I get one?
Write to us at info@jctoys.com with your order number and billing information and we will send it to you within 1-2 business days.
ORDER INFORMATION
Do I have to make an account to place an order?
You can place an order as a guest without entering your password, but we recommend that you simply enter a password of your choice to access your user area and enjoy all the benefits:
- Review your purchase history
- Shipping information saved. You won't have to enter it again!
- Customer benefits and discounts
Can I track my order?
Of course. Go to the "Placed Orders" section of your account and you'll be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed the order as a guest, we suggest checking the order status notifications we sent you by email.
How can I modify my order?
You need to contact us via chat, email info@jctoys.com or call us at 965561326 with the changes you want to make and we will change them manually.
How I can cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it hasn't left our warehouse. To do so, you'll need to contact us via chat or email. info@jctoys.com or call us at 965561326, providing your order details so we can cancel it and issue a refund.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT or tax.
What country do you send to?
Currently, we ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and mainland Portugal.
How can I apply a discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the "discount code" section during checkout. You can find the button below your order summary in your cart.
Can I apply my discount coupon if the price is already discounted?
No. Discounts of any kind can only be applied to the original price.
Can I apply more than one discount coupon?
No, you can only use one discount code per order.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION
As the shipping cost?
Home delivery €3.95 FREE when the purchase amount is exceeded, which you can see in the bar above.
Delivery time is 2-3 business days.

-If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, your shipment will be processed on the first business day after the order is placed.
-All items are subject to availability in our online store. If we are unable to ship a product, we reserve the right to notify you by email and offer similar items. If you do not wish to place or exchange your order for these substitute items, we will refund the amount corresponding to the item we are unable to ship.

It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed. You must wait until we receive the order and then process the return.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For home deliveries (mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal) and pickup points, the delivery time is between 2 and 3 business days.
What is the home delivery process?
If you've chosen home delivery, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse, another email with a tracking number and a link to the courier company's website, and finally, the carrier will contact you via text message, phone call, or email to inform you of the delivery of your order.
RETURN INFORMATION
How can I make a return?
Remember that you have 14 days after your order's shipping confirmation to return your order. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used, and the refund time will depend on your bank.
What is the deadline to make a return?
The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. *Except for personalized items, which cannot be exchanged or returned.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
The first order return at JC TOYS SPAIN S.L It's always free!
Subsequent returns of the same order will be charged €3.95. Shipping and/or return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original amount.
If the customer does not accept delivery of their JC TOYS SPAIN order, a full refund will not be issued. Any expenses or costs associated with the customer's non-acceptance of their shipment will be deducted from the original refund amount.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have the interior tags and security seals intact), you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the amount will be credited to the same payment method within approximately 7-10 business days. Remember that the time it takes to receive your refund always depends on your bank.
NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
What should I do if my return amount is wrong?
Contact our Customer Service department through our chat, email at info@jctoys.com or call us at 965561326. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.
JC TOYS SPAIN S.L reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the established deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when received.
ITEMS WITH HIDDEN DEFECTS MANIFESTATED AFTER USE
There may be hidden manufacturing defects that become apparent after use. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear cannot be considered defective.
If you detect any hidden defects within 6 months of receiving the item, please contact us by email at info@jctoyseurope.com or call us at 965561326. Please attach a description of the problem and photographs if possible.
Acceptance of a defective product will be carried out after an inspection by our Quality Department at our facilities.
In the case of a defective product, it will be replaced with an identical one. A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items undergo quality control for damage and/or defects before being shipped.
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
CHANGE INFORMATION
Can I exchange my items?
Items purchased at JC TOYS SPAIN S.L They can be exchanged as long as they are in perfect condition, we have stock and they maintain the same price.
* Except custom items, no changes or returns are supported.
What is the deadline for making the change?
The return period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
