Product prices and shipping methods are subject to the shipping destination country.

Shipping Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Continental Portugal:

Shipping within 48/72 hours at a cost of €3.95. We apply free shipping for minimum purchases, which you can check in the bar above.

* No shipments are made to the Portuguese Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.

Delivery times may be affected during sales seasons, holiday periods or special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc. 

Delivery times are estimated in working days. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

All items are subject to availability in our online store. In the event that we are unable to send you a product, we reserve the right to notify you by phone or email, offering you similar items. If you do not wish to order such substitute items, we will refund the amount corresponding to the item that we are unable to send you.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN EXPEDED AND YOU SHOULD WAIT TO THE RECEPTION OF THIS FOR YOUR RETURN.

All products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. The return of these must be made with the same packaging, the units included in the indivisible packs and all the original parts. 

The return costs will be borne by the customer, who will choose the transport company they prefer to manage it or in the case of processing JC Toys Spain S,L the return, that amount will be deducted from the refund. Contact our Customer Service team for more information.

On exceptional holidays, the return period may be extended.

Once the package has been received in our warehouses in good condition, you will receive the refund within a period of no more than 7-10 business days.

In the event of any doubt regarding the status of the return, the judgment of the specialized staff of JC TOYS SPAIN will always prevail. S.L, after inspection and verification of the item, in order to ensure that fraudulent returns are not made of products that have been used or in poor condition.
