Do I have to create an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a guest, without having to enter your password, but we recommend that you simply apply a password of your choice to access your user area and enjoy all the benefits:

Can I track my order?

How can I modify my order?

How I can cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse. To do this you must contact us by chat, email info@jctoys.com or call us at 965561326, indicating the details of your order so that we can proceed with the cancellation and the corresponding refund.

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, the price always includes VAT or corresponding tax.

What country do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship to Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and Continental Portugal.

How can I apply a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the “discount code” area in the “check out” area in your purchasing process. You can find the button below the summary of your order in the basket.

Can I apply my discount coupon if the price is already reduced?

No. Discounts of any kind can only be applied to the original price.


Can I apply more than one discount coupon?

-All items are subject to availability in our online store. If we are unable to send you a product, we reserve the right to notify you by email, offering you similar items. If you do not wish to place/exchange the order for such substitute items, we will refund the amount corresponding to the item that we cannot send to you.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER ONCE PROCESSED. YOU MUST WAIT TO RECEIVE THE ORDER AND THEN PROCEED WITH THE RETURN.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For home deliveries (Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal) and shipments to collection points, the delivery time is between 2 and 3 business days.


What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse, another with a tracking number, with a link to the courier company's website and finally the carrier will contact you. contact you by SMS, call or email to inform you of the delivery of your order.


How can I make a return?

Remember that you have 14 days after confirming the shipment of your order to make a return. In addition, the refund will be made through the same payment method used, and the payment time will depend on your bank.

What is the deadline to make a return?

The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. *Except for personalized items, which are not subject to exchanges or returns.


Do I have to pay anything for my return?

The first return of the order at JC TOYS SPAIN SL is always free!

Subsequent returns of the same order will have a cost of €3.95. Shipping and/or return costs are not refundable, they will be deducted from the original amount.

If the customer does not accept delivery of their JC TOYS SPAIN order, a full refund of their order will not be made. Any expense or cost associated with the customer for not accepting their shipment will be deducted from their original amount in their refund.


When will I receive my refund?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the interior labels and security seals intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid using the same payment method in about 7-10 business days. Remember that the time to receive the credit always depends on your bank.

NOTE: Shipping costs will not be refundable, so they will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.


What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?

JC TOYS SPAIN SL reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.


ITEMS WITH HIDDEN DEFECTS APPEARING AFTER USE

There may be hidden manufacturing defects that become evident after use. Please note that items damaged by wear and tear cannot be considered defective.

If you detect any hidden defect within 6 months of receiving the item, contact us by email at info@jctoys.com or call us at 965561326 . Please attach a description of the problem and photographs if possible.

Acceptance of a defective product will be carried out after an inspection by our Quality department at our facilities.

In case of a defective product, it will be replaced with an equal one. The amount will only be refunded if the item cannot be replaced.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items undergo a quality control to detect damage and/or defects before being shipped.

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.


EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Can I exchange my items?

Items purchased at JC TOYS SPAIN SL can be exchanged as long as they are in perfect condition, we have stock and they maintain the same price.
